These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messages sent by Real Estate MD, LLC, doing business as Kitchen Solvers of Columbus (“Kitchen Solvers of Columbus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
SMS PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Kitchen Solvers of Columbus may offer two separate categories of text messages:
• Informational messages concerning remodeling inquiries, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, and responses to customer questions.
• Marketing and promotional messages concerning special offers, remodeling ideas, new services, and follow-up communications.
CONSENT TO RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES
You may independently choose whether to receive informational messages, marketing messages, or both by checking the applicable consent box on our SMS consent form.
Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
By providing your mobile telephone number and checking a consent box, you represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and authorize Kitchen Solvers of Columbus to send the selected category of text messages to that number. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us, your requests, and the consent options you select.
MESSAGE AND DATA RATES
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s standard messaging and data charges are your responsibility. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your plan.
OPTING OUT
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. After submitting a STOP request, you may receive a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
Your opt-out request applies to SMS messages sent from the telephone number to which you replied. If you have consented to messages from another Kitchen Solvers of Columbus number, you must opt out separately from that number.

DELIVERY AND CARRIER AVAILABILITY
Text-message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The SMS program may not be available through every wireless carrier or on every device.
ELIGIBILITY AND USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to enroll in our SMS program.
You agree to provide an accurate mobile telephone number and to notify us if you discontinue use of that number. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your mobile device and account.
PRIVACY
Information collected through the SMS program is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent records will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that assist us in delivering messages or operating our business, but those providers may use the information only to perform services on our behalf.
CHANGES OR TERMINATION
We may modify or discontinue the SMS program or revise these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Any revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
